No. Customers scan a QR code and access their loyalty card via their web browser. No app download needed — it takes 15 seconds.
Do I need to change my POS system?
No. LY works independently from any POS. Whether you use SumUp, Zettle, Square, or even just cash — LY works alongside your existing setup.
How does churn detection work?
LY learns each customer's visit pattern. If someone who usually comes every 3 days hasn't been back in 7 days, you get an alert with a suggested action (like sending a WhatsApp message).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime from your settings. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
Is my data safe? What about GDPR?
LY is built in Europe, for Europe. All data is stored on EU servers. We are fully GDPR compliant. Your customer data belongs to you — we never share or sell it.
